I have been in property management for 30 yrs. I manage apartments and residential homes. U. S. Air is by far the best air conditioning and heating company I have ever worked with. Shan is prompt in responding to phone calls. He is expediting in making an appointment with the tenants, convenient to them, and he promptly evaluates and gives a far and honest estimate for work to be completed. He has now done three different jobs for me, and the work was completed professionally, and he cleaned all work areas and removed all the old appliances. Leaving my tenants happy and with nothing to clean up. I would definitely recommend U.S. Air. They will be the only company I will call for any future problems.
